A flower shop loyalty card gives a stamp for every bouquet and a reward after a set number, usually a free bouquet. The customer keeps the card on their phone and shows a QR code at the counter; you scan it from the dashboard and the stamp is added. With TapTime you design the card in your colours, customers save it with one scan, and gift cards are included.
Birthdays, anniversaries and weekly bouquets make flowers a regular purchase. Yet most shops have no record of which customers come back.
Without a reason to return, customers buy from whichever florist is most convenient on the day.
Staff may recognise frequent customers, but without a record it is hard to notice when they stop visiting.
Many customers are unsure what to buy as a gift. A gift card lets them buy from you and leave the choice to the recipient.
The card is kept on the customer's phone, you scan it with yours, and the statistics appear in the dashboard.
Nine stamps for a free bouquet by default, or any number you choose. Name the reward, describe it, and set the terms and an optional expiry.
The customer shows the code on their phone, you scan it from the dashboard on your phone and tap Add a stamp.
Customers keep the card on their phone, so it is not lost with a receipt or left at home.
Gift cards are part of the loyalty module. Sell them to customers who want to give flowers and let the recipient choose.
Stamp and reward statistics per shop show how many customers are collecting, who is close to a free bouquet and how many rewards were given this month.
Add your logo, colours or a gradient, a flower stamp icon, a gift reward icon and your font. The card is designed in minutes.
No hardware, no onboarding call and nothing to print other than the QR code. Everything runs from the dashboard on your phone.
Add your logo and colours, choose a flower as the stamp icon, and set the rule, for example a free bouquet after nine. Add the terms.
Customers scan it once and the card is saved on their phone, with nothing to install. It sits alongside any other TapTime cards they have.
With each bouquet, scan the customer's code and add a stamp. When the reward unlocks, tap Redeem and it is logged.
Each stamp can be sent to your ad platforms, team chat and calendar tools. This is included with the loyalty card at no extra cost: no add-on, no higher tier and no fee per stamp or reward.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workA customer's first stamp is sent once as a sign-up, to GA4 as sign_up and to Meta as CompleteRegistration, so seasonal campaigns can be measured by the new cards they generate.
The shop's Telegram group or Slack receives every redeemed reward and every new member, with the customer and time, so you stay informed when you are not in the shop.
Zapier or Make can take each stamp with the customer's name, phone and date and create a Google Calendar event one year later, with no code, so you can prepare for recurring occasions.
Signed webhooks send each stamp and reward as JSON to your own website or customer list, and the REST API reads programs, cards and rewards. Public documentation is at /docs/api.
49 € a month per shop. The card designer, the card on the customer's phone, scanning, statistics, gift cards, promo codes and the refer-a-friend program are all included. No hardware and no per-stamp fees.
One card works at every location, including a market stall, each with its own 49 € subscription managed from one dashboard. Other TapTime modules, such as appointments, a QR menu or table reservations, are priced separately.

A free bouquet after nine stamps is the default and a common choice. You can set any number of stamps, name the reward, add a description and terms, and set an optional expiry.
Gift cards are part of the loyalty module and included in the subscription at no extra cost. Customers who are unsure what to choose can buy a gift card, and the recipient chooses flowers in your shop.
No. You scan the customer's code with the TapTime dashboard open on any phone or tablet you already have. There is nothing to buy and nothing to install at the counter.
Designing the card and printing the QR code usually takes less than half an hour. There is no onboarding call, no hardware and nothing to print except the code.
49 € a month per shop, paid monthly by card. No contract, no setup fee and no per-stamp charge. The first 14 days are free and no card is needed to start.
After a short grace period the card is paused and shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note on the customer's phone. Nothing is deleted: cards, stamps and statistics are restored when you reactivate the subscription.
Not as a built-in feature, but you can set it up without code. TapTime sends every stamp with the customer's name, phone and time to Zapier, Make, n8n or Pipedream, and a date step there creates a Google Calendar event one year later.
