TapTime is a digital stamp card for florists: a stamp per bouquet, a free bouquet after nine, kept on the customer's phone. You scan their code at the counter, you see who your regulars are, and gift cards are built in. From 119 ₾ a month per location.

This is the real stamp card and the till screen, not a video. Pick a color, add a stamp, redeem the free bouquet.

A flower shop loyalty card gives a stamp for every bouquet and a reward after a set number, usually a free bouquet. The customer keeps the card on their phone and shows a QR code at the counter; you scan it from the dashboard and the stamp is added. With TapTime you design the card in your colors, customers carry it on their phone after one scan, and gift cards are included.
Flowers are the most repeatable purchase on the street: the same birthdays, the same anniversaries, the same Friday bouquet for the kitchen table. And most shops have no idea who came back.

She buys tulips every week. When she stops, you notice three weeks later and there is nothing you can do about it.
A husband, a colleague, a son standing in the doorway with no idea. A gift card would have solved it, if you had one they could buy in a minute.
The card lives on the customer's phone, the scanning happens on yours, and the numbers land in the dashboard.
Nine stamps to a free bouquet by default, or any number you choose. Name the reward, describe it, set the terms and an optional expiry.
The customer shows their code on their phone, you scan it from the dashboard on your phone and tap Add a stamp. Wrapping paper in one hand, phone in the other.
Customers keep the card on their phone. It is not lost with a receipt or left in another coat.
Gift cards are part of the loyalty module: sell one to the customer who wants to give flowers but does not know which, and let the recipient choose.
Stamp and reward statistics per shop. See how many customers are collecting, who is close to a free bouquet and how many rewards you gave this month.
Your logo, your colors or a gradient, a flower as the stamp icon, a gift as the reward icon, your font. Designed in minutes.
No hardware, no onboarding call, nothing to print except the QR code. The whole thing runs from the dashboard on your phone.
Logo, colors, a flower for the stamp. Nine bouquets to a free one, or your own rule. Add the terms.
Customers scan it once and the card is theirs — nothing to install. Yours may be the first card they hold or the fourth.
Each bouquet, scan their code and add a stamp. On the ninth, tap Redeem and it is logged with the rest.
One Friday afternoon with a card that knows the regulars.
The Friday regular takes her tulips, opens the card on her phone and shows the code. A scan from the florist's phone: stamp seven of nine.
A man in the doorway has a birthday tomorrow and no idea. He leaves with a gift card, bought in a minute, and a card in his own app with one stamp on it.
A customer from Valentine's Day is back for an anniversary. The card he collected in February is still on his phone, four stamps in.
The florist checks the dashboard while sweeping up: twenty-two stamps today, two free bouquets redeemed and logged, three customers one bouquet away.
Each bouquet stamp can reach your ads, your phone and your calendar tools. It is included with the loyalty card at no extra cost: no add-on, no higher tier, no fee per stamp or reward sent.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workA customer's first stamp is sent once as a sign-up, to GA4 as sign_up and to Meta as CompleteRegistration. The Mother's Day boost on Instagram is measured in new cards at the counter.
At the flower market at dawn, the shop's Telegram group or Slack still hears every reward redeemed and every new member, with who and when. Each free bouquet your staff hand over is on your phone.
Zapier or Make take each stamp with the customer's name, phone and date and add a Google Calendar event a year on, with no code. Next February, you know who to expect.
Signed webhooks post each stamp and reward as JSON to your own site or customer list, and the REST API reads programs, cards and rewards. Documented in the open at /docs/api.
119 ₾ a month per shop. The card designer, the card on the customer's phone, scanning, statistics, gift cards, promo codes and the refer-a-friend program are all included. No hardware, no per-stamp fees.

Yes. A stamp is added each time you scan, so you decide what earns one: a bouquet, a visit, an order above a certain size. Write the rule in the card's terms so customers know.
Most florists choose a free bouquet after nine stamps, which is the default. You can set any number of stamps, name the reward, add a description and terms, and set an expiry if you want one.
Gift cards are part of the loyalty module, included in the subscription at no extra cost. They give the customer who cannot decide a way to buy from you today and send the recipient to your shop to choose.
No. You scan the customer's code with the TapTime dashboard open on any phone or tablet you already have. There is nothing to buy and nothing to install at the counter.
Most flower shops design the card and print the QR code in under half an hour. There is no onboarding call, no hardware and nothing to print except the code.
119 ₾ a month per shop, paid monthly by card. No contract, no setup fee, no per-stamp charge. The first 14 days are free and you do not enter a card to start.
After a short grace period the card is paused and shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note on the customer's phone. Nothing is deleted: cards, stamps and statistics wait for you and come back when you switch it on.
Not as a built-in feature, but you can set it up without code. TapTime sends every stamp with the customer's name, phone and time to Zapier, Make, n8n or Pipedream, and a date step there creates a Google Calendar event one year later.
Fourteen days free, no card, cancel any time. The first stamp could go on a bouquet today.
