The phone rings while you are with a patient
Reception answers, or the vet does, or nobody does. The owner who got voicemail at 13:00 calls the clinic down the road at 13:05.

A booking page for your clinic where owners choose the service, the vet and a free slot — at 22:00 from the sofa, not at 9:05 while reception is holding a cat. Confirmation and reminder emails are automatic. From 99 ₾ a month, 14 days free.

This is the real booking page and the team calendar, not a video. Pick a service, a vet and a slot.
An online booking page lists your clinic's services with duration and price, shows only the slots that are free for each vet, and lets a pet owner book one from any phone without an app. With TapTime the owner gets a confirmation email, a reminder 24 hours before and a link to cancel or reschedule, and the booking lands on the same calendar as the ones reception takes by phone.
Every vaccination, every check-up, every “is the doctor in on Thursday?” comes through the same line — while someone in the waiting room is holding a frightened dog.
Reception answers, or the vet does, or nobody does. The owner who got voicemail at 13:00 calls the clinic down the road at 13:05.
It is a queue. Three owners arrive at 14:00, the consultation room is full until 15:30, and the one who gave up and left is the one who needed the booster.
They remember the annual vaccination at 22:00 on the sofa. By the time your line opens at 9:00, it has slipped their mind again.
Services, vets and free slots. The owner picks, the calendar fills, and reception keeps its hands free for the animals in the room.
Vaccination 15 minutes, check-up 30, dental consultation 45. The price is shown up front, with a buffer after each so the room is clean before the next patient.
One vet Monday to Wednesday, another Thursday and Saturday, surgery mornings blocked. The page only offers slots that are actually free.
Owners can choose the vet who knows their dog, or take the first free slot with anyone on the team.
Both by email, both automatic. The owner can cancel or reschedule from the link, and the slot goes straight back on the page.
Reception adds the caller's appointment to the same calendar. One list for the day, whether it came from the page or the phone.
Your website, your Google Business profile, your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp reply. It opens in the browser; there is no app.
No onboarding call, no setup fee. Most clinics publish the page the same afternoon.
Your clinic and its first location. Two minutes, no card.
Each service with duration, price and buffer. Each vet with a photo, a title and their weekly hours.
Put it on your website, your Google profile and your Instagram. Owners book from it the same day.

One evening and the days after it, when the bookings come in on their own.
An owner remembers the puppy's second vaccination. She opens the link from your Google profile, picks Dr. Ivanov and Thursday 10:15. The confirmation email is in her inbox before the kettle boils.
Reception opens the calendar: seven bookings for the day, three of them came in overnight. Nobody had to write them down.
A regular calls about a limping cat. Reception adds him to the 11:30 slot in the same list, between two online bookings.
The reminder went out yesterday morning by itself; the puppy arrives on time. The phone has rung twice all morning.
Ad conversions, chat alerts, webhooks and the REST API come with the Appointments module at no extra cost. No add-on, no higher tier, no per-event fee: connect them from Integrations.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workWhen an owner's online booking is confirmed, Google Ads, Meta and GA4 get one conversion worth the service price. Calls reception types in never count, and hashed owner email and phone for Meta can be switched off.
Each booking from the page arrives in the clinic's Telegram group or Google Chat space within seconds, with who, when and a link to the calendar. Reception knows about the 22:00 booking before the first call of the day.
Zapier or Make add each owner who books online to Mailchimp or a Google Sheet, so the clinic's next newsletter reaches them. Paste the webhook address, press Send test, and it keeps running.
Signed webhooks push each online booking to your clinic management system as JSON, and a read-only API key lets it fetch the day's appointments. Documented in the open at /docs/api, no partner application.
From 99 ₾ a month for a clinic with up to 3 vets and 10 services; 169 ₾ for up to 7 vets and 20 services. Unlimited bookings, the booking page, confirmation and reminder emails and the team calendar are all included. No setup fee, no contract.
Two clinics? Each location gets its own booking page and its own subscription, managed from one dashboard with staff scoped to their location. A loyalty card, a QR menu or table reservations can be added later; they are switched on separately.
No. The booking page opens in the phone's browser from a link on your website, Google profile or Instagram. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Yes. Reception adds phone bookings to the same calendar, so the day is one list whatever the source. The page only offers slots that are still free once those are in.
Yes. The page shows your vets with photo and title; an owner picks one or takes “anyone available”. A vet can also be limited to their own schedule in the dashboard.
Set a minimum notice — say two hours — and a booking horizon, say six weeks. Set a cancellation deadline too; after it, the link in the email no longer cancels the booking.
Your choice. Switch on automatic confirmation and the owner gets the email instantly, or keep manual approval and confirm each booking from the dashboard before the email goes out.
By email, 24 hours before, automatically. The owner also gets a confirmation email at booking time, and both carry a link to cancel or reschedule.
From 99 ₾ a month for up to 3 vets and 10 services, 169 ₾ for up to 7. Paid monthly by card, no contract, no setup fee. The first 14 days are free and you do not enter a card to start.
After a short grace period the booking page is paused and shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted: services, vets and bookings stay where they are. Pay again and the page is back.
Yes. Once the online booking is confirmed, TapTime sends Google Ads a conversion with the click id and the vaccination's price as its value, from the server, so an ad blocker cannot lose it. Appointments reception types in from phone calls are never reported.
Fourteen days free, no card, cancel any time. Your booking page is an afternoon away.
