Team calendar · Beauty salons

Every stylist's day on one calendar. No double bookings, no guessing who is free at 15:00.

One calendar for the whole salon. Each stylist has their own working hours, days off and buffers, so the booking page offers only the slots that are actually free for that person. You see the whole floor; each stylist sees their own chair. From 99 ₾ a month, 14 days free.

This is the real booking page and the team's day, not a picture. Book a slot with one stylist and watch it land in her column.

How do you schedule several stylists in one salon?

Give each stylist their own weekly working hours and days off, and put them all on one shared calendar. TapTime does exactly that: the booking page only offers slots that are free for the chosen stylist, buffers keep appointments from touching, and bookings taken at the desk go into the same calendar. The owner sees the whole salon; a stylist can be limited to their own schedule.

Five stylists, one diary, and someone always ends up double-booked.

The paper book cannot tell you that Anna is off on Thursday, that Marta needs fifteen minutes between colors, or that the 15:00 slot was pencilled in twice by two different people.

01

Two clients turn up for the same chair

Someone wrote a name in the wrong column, or the booking from a message never made it into the book at all. Now one client waits forty minutes and the other one leaves.

02

Days off and late starts live in people's heads

Anna does not work Mondays. Marta starts at 11:00 on Wednesdays. Nobody told the receptionist, and a client was booked with Anna on Monday at 09:00.

03

I cannot see the whole salon at once

To know whether the day is full I have to read every column of the diary. The stylists want to see their own day on their phone; the book stays on the desk.

One calendar that knows every stylist's day.

Set up hours, days off and buffers once. From then on the booking page and the desk share one truth about who is free and when.

Each stylist, their own weekly hours

Every stylist has a photo, a title and a weekly schedule of their own. Late start on Wednesdays, no Mondays, half-day Saturdays. The page books only inside those hours.

Days off you set for any week

Holiday, a course, a sick day: override the schedule for that week and the page stops offering that stylist's slots immediately.

Buffers between appointments

Give each service the minutes it really takes plus the time you need after it to clear the chair. Appointments never touch, and nobody runs twenty minutes late by noon.

The whole salon in one view

Every chair side by side for the day. See who is full, who has a gap at 14:00 and where a walk-in fits, without reading five columns of handwriting.

Each stylist sees their own chair

A stylist can be limited to their own schedule: they open the calendar on their phone and see only their appointments. The owner and reception see everyone.

Desk and page in one list

A booking taken by phone goes into the same calendar as one from the page. Whatever the source, the free slots stay accurate for everyone.

Saturday, 08:30, at Salon Nova.

How a full Saturday runs when the calendar does the scheduling.

  1. The owner opens the calendar on her phone before unlocking the door. Four chairs, every slot visible, one gap with Marta at 14:00.

  2. Anna is off today; the override was set two weeks ago. Not a single client was booked with her, and the page never offered her slots.

  3. A client at the desk wants a cut next Tuesday. Reception types it straight into the calendar; the 11:00 slot vanishes from the booking page at the same moment.

  4. Marta's gap was booked from the page at 13:10 by a regular for a fringe trim. Her buffer after the previous color is intact; she starts on time.

Every stylist sees new bookings in the team chat, not only the front desk

Team chat alerts, Zapier, webhooks and ad conversions are part of the Appointments module at no extra cost. No add-on, no higher tier, no per-event fee, however many stylists read the messages.

How conversions, webhooks and the API work
  • Google Ads
  • Meta
  • Google Analytics 4

Know which campaign fills which week

Online bookings are credited to the ad, post or link that brought the client, and Google Ads, Meta and GA4 get one conversion per confirmed booking. Bookings typed in at the desk never count.

  • Telegram
  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Chat
  • Discord
  • Mattermost

One group for the floor, one chat for the owner

Post confirmed bookings to the team's Telegram or Slack group, and send cancellations and no-shows to the owner's own chat. Each chat hears only the events you choose for it.

  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
  • Pipedream

Month-end numbers already in rows, no code

Make or Zapier add every completed appointment to a Google Sheet with the service, time and price. When the month ends, the salon's totals are waiting in rows instead of in five columns of handwriting.

  • Webhooks
  • REST API

Two salons, one data feed

With a second location, the REST API lists appointments by branch, date or status, and the ordered event feed keeps your own dashboard in sync. Write keys can confirm or cancel from your tools.

Priced by stylists, not by bookings.

From 99 ₾ a month for up to 3 specialists and 10 services; up to 7 specialists is 169 ₾. The team calendar, the booking page, buffers, days off and unlimited bookings are all included.

Several salons? Each location gets its own calendar, its own team and its own subscription, managed from the same dashboard with staff scoped per location. A loyalty card for your regulars can be added later; modules are switched on separately.

  • Nail bars with several technicians
  • Brow and lash studios

Questions salon owners ask about the team calendar.

Can each stylist have different working hours?

Yes. Every stylist has their own weekly schedule, and you can override it for any single week for a holiday, a course or a sick day. The booking page only offers slots inside those hours.

Can a stylist see only their own appointments?

Yes. A stylist can be limited to their own schedule, so on their phone they see just their chair. The owner and reception see the whole salon.

What stops two clients being booked into the same slot?

The calendar. A slot booked from the page or typed in at the desk is taken at once and no longer offered to anyone else for that stylist.

Can clients choose which stylist they book with?

Yes. The page shows each stylist with a photo and title. The client picks one, or chooses “anyone available” and sees the slots that are free for any of them.

Do clients need an app?

No. The booking page opens in the phone's browser from the link. Stylists and reception use the dashboard in a browser too, on any phone or laptop.

How many stylists can I add?

The entry plan at 99 ₾ a month covers up to 3 specialists and 10 services. Up to 7 specialists is 169 ₾, and there is a tier above that for larger teams.

Does it work for more than one salon?

Yes. Each location has its own calendar, team and booking page under one account, and staff are scoped to their own location.

What happens if I stop paying?

After a short grace period the module is paused and the booking page shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted: your stylists, hours and bookings are all there when you switch it back on.

Can the whole salon team see new bookings in a Slack or Telegram group?

Yes. Connect the team's Telegram group, Slack channel, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord or Mattermost under Integrations, and TapTime posts each event you choose within seconds, with a link back to the calendar. Everyone in the group sees that the 14:00 was booked the moment it happens.
