Team calendar · Barbershops

Every barber's chair on one calendar. Their hours, their days off, your whole day in one view.

One calendar for the shop. Each barber has their own weekly hours and days off, so the booking page only offers slots that are free for that chair. Clients pick their barber or “anyone available”. You see every chair; each barber can see just their own. From 99 ₾ a month, 14 days free.

This is the real booking page and the team's day, not a picture. Book with one barber and watch it land in his column.

How do you manage a schedule for several barbers in one shop?

Put every barber on one shared calendar, each with their own weekly working hours and days off, and let the booking page book only into free slots for the chosen chair. TapTime does this: clients pick a barber or “anyone available”, walk-ins typed in at the counter sit in the same list, and each barber can be limited to seeing their own schedule while the owner sees the whole shop.

Four barbers, one book, and the 15:00 slot written in twice.

The paper book has one column per chair, but it cannot know that Jay is off on Wednesday, that Sam starts at noon, or that the client who wrote in DMs asked for Leo specifically.

01

Two clients turn up for the same barber at the same time

One was pencilled in by me, one by Sam. Now one of them waits half an hour in a shop whose booking system is made of paper.

02

Nobody knows who is in tomorrow without asking

Jay swapped Wednesday for Saturday. Sam has a course on Friday morning. It was said out loud once. The book still shows them both at 09:00.

03

The barbers want their day on their phone, not on the counter

Each of them asks “what have I got at three?” and someone at the front reads it out. On a busy Saturday that is twenty questions a day.

One calendar with a column for every chair.

Hours, days off and buffers per barber, set once. From then on the page and the counter share one truth about who is free and when.

Each barber, their own hours

Every barber has a photo, a title and a weekly schedule of their own. Sam from noon, Jay not on Wednesdays, Leo until 20:00 on Fridays. The page books only inside those hours.

Days off for any week

Holiday, a course, a sick day: override that barber's schedule for the week and the page stops offering their chair immediately.

Their barber, or anyone available

Clients pick a name from the page, or choose “anyone available” and see the slots that are free for any barber. Either way, the booking lands in the right column.

Buffers between cuts

Give each service its real length plus the minutes you need to sweep and reset. Appointments never touch, and the 17:00 does not start at 17:20.

The whole shop in one view

Every chair side by side for the day. See who is full, who has a gap at 14:00 and where a walk-in fits, without reading four columns of handwriting.

Each barber sees their own chair

A barber can be limited to their own schedule: on their phone they see only their cuts. The owner and the front desk see everyone.

What it costs One idle chair and one angry client a week From 99 ₾ a month for up to 3 barbers

Saturday, 08:40, at Fade House.

How a full Saturday runs across four chairs when the calendar does the scheduling.

  1. The owner opens the calendar on his phone before unlocking. Four columns, every booking visible, one gap with Leo at 15:00.

  2. Jay is off today; the override was set two weeks ago. Not one client was booked with him, and the page never offered his chair.

  3. A client at the counter wants a fade next Thursday with Sam. The front desk types it in; the 18:00 slot leaves the booking page at the same moment.

  4. Leo's gap was booked from the page at 13:40 by someone who chose “anyone available”. His buffer after the last beard trim is intact; he starts on time.

Every chair’s bookings posted where all your barbers already look

Nobody reads the book out loud any more: new bookings, cancellations and finished cuts reach the team chat and your spreadsheets. It comes with appointments at no extra cost: no add-on, no higher tier, no per-event fee.

See which ads fill which chair

Every online booking carries its campaign on the booking itself, next to the barber, so you see which ads fill Leo’s Friday evenings. Confirmed ones go to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 at the service price.

Completed cuts to a month-end sheet, no code

Zapier, Make, n8n or Pipedream can add each completed booking to a Google Sheet with the barber, the service and the time, so the month-end count per chair is already done. No code.

Your own tools, fed from every chair

Signed webhooks carry each booking to your own tools, and the REST API reads appointments and an event feed. Up to 50 webhooks, chats and automations per company and 10 active API keys.

Questions shop owners ask about the team calendar.

Can each barber have different hours?

Yes. Every barber has their own weekly schedule, and you can override it for any single week for a holiday, a course or a sick day. The page offers only slots inside those hours.

Can a barber see only his own bookings?

Yes. A barber can be limited to their own schedule, so on their phone they see just their chair. The owner and the front desk see the whole shop.

What if the client does not mind which barber?

They choose “anyone available” on the page and see the slots that are free for any barber. The booking goes into the column of the barber who is free at that time.

What stops two clients being booked for the same barber?

The calendar. A slot booked from the page or typed in at the counter is taken at once and no longer offered to anyone else for that barber.

Do clients need an app?

No. The booking page opens in the phone's browser from the link. Barbers and the front desk use the dashboard in a browser too, on any phone or laptop.

How many barbers can I add?

The entry plan at 99 ₾ a month covers up to 3 barbers and 10 services. Up to 7 barbers is 169 ₾, and there is a tier above that for larger shops.

Does it work for more than one shop?

Yes. Each location has its own calendar, team and booking page under one account, and staff are scoped to their own location.

What happens if I stop paying?

After a short grace period the module is paused and the booking page shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted: your barbers, hours and bookings are all there when you switch it back on.

Can I send my barbers’ completed appointments to a spreadsheet?

Yes. Connect Zapier, Make, n8n or Pipedream from Integrations in TapTime, choose the completed event, and each finished booking arrives as signed JSON the tool turns into a Google Sheets row. No code, and the Send test button shows the fields first.
