One platform instead of seven tools: menu, ordering, kitchen screens, bookings, loyalty and marketing
TapTime runs the guest's whole visit from one account: the QR menu they order from, the kitchen and bar screens that cook it, the hall board that calls their number, the table or appointment they booked, the stamp card in their phone and the ad that brought them. Per location, module by module, from 49 ₾ a month.

The tools a venue usually pays for separately, and where each one lives in TapTime.
Why choose TapTime instead of separate tools?
TapTime replaces the separate QR menu, ordering, kitchen display, reservation, appointment, loyalty, promotion and tracking tools a venue juggles with one account that shares one guest link, one customer list, one set of reports and one bill per location. Each module is switched on separately with its own 14-day free trial, so a business pays only for what it runs and never re-enters a guest, a table or a dish twice.
In short
One account, one link and one dashboard for the QR menu, online ordering, kitchen and hall displays, table reservations, appointments, loyalty cards, promotions and marketing.
Every module is priced per location and switched on separately, with its own 14-day free trial and no card. Turn one off and it stops being billed.
Guests need no app for the menu, ordering or booking; the one app they do install, for loyalty cards, carries cards from every TapTime business.
The dashboard and every guest page come in 12 languages, prices show in the local currency, and 42 payment providers cover local cards and wallets.
Marketing is built in: every booking, order and menu view keeps its campaign, confirmed bookings are reported to Google Ads, Meta and GA4, and webhooks feed your CRM.
Team roles, several locations, reports across modules and row-level exports come with any module. No setup fee, no onboarding call, no contract.

Why owners get tired of the tool stack
Every extra tool is another login, another invoice, another place your guests' data goes and another thing your staff have to be taught. The pains below are the ones we hear most.
01
“I pay for six subscriptions and none of them talk to each other.”
The reservation system does not know the guest has a loyalty card. The ordering app does not know the table was booked. Every report has to be stitched together by hand, and every price change is made in three places.
02
“My guests do not want another app.”
A menu behind an install, a booking behind a sign-up, a stamp card behind a third download. Each step loses guests. TapTime opens the menu, the order and the booking in the phone's browser, from a QR code or a link.
03
“The tools were built for another country.”
The interface is English only, the payment gateway does not support the local bank, and the prices are in a currency your guests do not use. TapTime ships 12 languages, local payment providers and local currencies as data, not as a special request.
What does TapTime replace?
One row per tool a venue typically pays for on its own, and what TapTime does instead. Everything in the right column is part of the platform today.

How a venue moves to TapTime
There is no migration project. Start with the module that hurts most, give guests one link, and add the rest when you are ready.
1
Create the account
Your company, your first location, its address, hours and timezone. Two minutes, no card, no call.
2
Switch on the first module
The menu with ordering, the floor plan, the appointment calendar or the loyalty card. Each starts its own 14-day trial. Most restaurants start with the menu; most salons start with appointments.
3
Give guests one link
Print the QR code, put the link in your Instagram bio and Google Business profile, add the booking widget to your website. Everything you switch on later appears behind the same link.
4
Add modules as you grow
Turn on reservations when the phone gets busy, loyalty when regulars appear, conversion tracking when you start buying ads. Turn anything off and it stops being billed; nothing is deleted.
Separate tools or one platform: what actually changes?
The honest differences between running several point solutions and running TapTime. Where a specialised tool does something we do not, we say so in the limits below.
Aspect
Several separate tools
TapTime
Logins and invoices
One per tool, per location
One account, one monthly card payment, every location on one bill
What guests open
A different link, app or widget per tool
One link and one QR code that lead to the menu, the booking and the card
Guest data
Split across tools, matched by hand
One customer directory built from bookings, orders and stamps
Reports
Exports merged in a spreadsheet
One report across every module, by day and by location, plus a full export
Team access
Shared passwords, everyone sees everything
Owner, manager, staff and specialist roles, scoped per location
Languages and currency
Usually English and one currency
12 languages, local currency, local payment providers
Marketing measurement
A tag per tool, if any
Attribution on every event and server-side conversions built in
Cost model
Per user, per cover, per screen, plus commission
Per location, per module, no commission on orders, no per-screen fee
Why do restaurants, cafés and bars choose TapTime?
Because the whole service runs on one system: the guest scans the code, orders and pays; the ticket appears on the kitchen or bar display; the hall board calls the number; the table was booked from Instagram; the regular gets a stamp at the till; and the Google ad that brought the guest gets credited with a confirmed booking.
Unlimited dishes and scans for one flat price; sold-out toggles live everywhere on save
Ordering with no commission: the money goes to your own payment provider
Kitchen, bar and hall displays included with the menu, no per-screen fee
Floor plan, service board and a booking link that works from Instagram, Google and WhatsApp
Loyalty stamps at the till, promo codes and gift cards for slow nights
Printed table cards and stickers ordered from the panel
Why do salons, clinics and studios choose TapTime?
Because the calendar, the booking page, the reminders, the loyalty card and the ad tracking are one product priced by the number of specialists, not by seats, users and add-ons. A client books a free slot with a chosen specialist, gets a reminder 24 hours before, reschedules from the email, and carries the stamp card in the same app.
Services with duration, price and buffer; specialists with their own hours and days off
One calendar for the team, specialists limited to their own day
Booking page with free slots only, automatic confirmation or manual approval
Reminder 24 hours before, cancel or reschedule from the link, no-show and cancel rates in reports
A booking link for Instagram and a widget for your own website
Confirmed appointments reported to Google Ads, Meta and GA4
A fictional evening that shows why one platform matters. Every step below is a TapTime feature; the venue is invented.
A couple books table six from an Instagram post. The booking keeps the campaign, and Meta receives a confirmed conversion from the server.
They scan the code on the table, order in English while the menu shows prices in the local currency, and pay on the phone with a tip.
The cocktails appear on the bar display and the mains on the kitchen display. The hall board shows order 41 being made.
At the till, the waiter scans the stamp card from the dashboard on their phone. Ninth stamp: a free coffee is issued and logged.
The owner's report shows tonight's covers, the no-show rate, the stamps issued and which campaign brought the most guests.
What TapTime is not
A platform that claims to do everything usually does several things badly. These are the things we deliberately do not sell, so you can plan around them.
Not a delivery marketplace: there are no integrations with delivery apps. Takeaway and delivery orders come through your own menu link.
Not a point of sale or an inventory system for sale: those modules exist for venues that already run them but are not offered to new accounts.
Not Google Reserve or a WhatsApp bot: bookings come from your page, your widget and the links you share.
Not a waitlist or a deposit system: bookings are confirmed automatically or by hand, without prepayment.
Not a marketing agency: we measure your ads and hand the data to Google, Meta, GA4 and your CRM; running the campaigns stays with you.
Pay per module, per location. Nothing else.
The QR menu with ordering and displays is 49 ₾ a month per location. Table reservations start at 99 ₾, loyalty cards are 119 ₾, appointments start at 99 ₾. A full restaurant on entry plans is 267 ₾ a month; a full service business is 218 ₾.
Every module has its own 14-day free trial and no card to start. Reservations and appointments are priced by the number of tables or specialists; the other two are one flat price per location.
Questions owners ask before switching
Do I have to move everything to TapTime at once?
No. Every module is switched on separately for each location and has its own price and 14-day trial. Many businesses run one module for months before adding another, and everything you add later appears behind the same guest link.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Nothing to install. The menu, ordering, table bookings, appointments and the loyalty card all open in the phone's browser from a QR code or a link. Guests can carry cards from every TapTime business in one place.
Are the kitchen and hall displays an extra subscription?
No. Ordering, the kitchen display, the bar display and the hall board all come with the QR menu module. Open them full screen on any tablet or TV; there is no per-screen fee.
Does TapTime take a commission on orders or bookings?
No. Orders are paid through the payment provider you connect, and the money goes to your account. Reservations and appointments have no per-cover or per-booking fee; the price is per location and per module.
Which payment providers and countries are supported?
42 providers across 16 markets, from local banks and wallets to Stripe, Square and PayPal. The pricing page lists every provider per country, and the help centre has step-by-step credentials for each.
Is the dashboard available in my language?
The dashboard and every guest page come in 12 languages: English, Bulgarian, Turkish, Kazakh, Russian, Georgian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Serbian, Albanian, Romanian and Azerbaijani. Your menu can be published in as many languages as your guests need.
Can I run several locations under one account?
Yes. Each location has its own menu, floor plan, loyalty cards, calendar, opening hours and holidays, and is billed for the modules it runs. Staff see only the locations where they work; managers and owners see everything.
What do my staff see?
Owners see everything including billing. Managers see everything operational. Staff see the day-to-day screens for their locations: the board, the calendar, the orders, the scan screen. Specialists see only their own appointments.
How does conversion tracking work with the rest of the platform?
Every menu view, order and booking keeps its campaign and click id. When a guest's booking is confirmed, TapTime reports it to Google Ads, Meta and GA4 from the server with one event id, and to your webhooks, postbacks and API. The conversion tracking page explains every step.
Can I use my own website?
Yes. Paste one line of code and the booking widget appears on your site as a floating button or an inline form, in your colours. Your site's UTM tags and ad cookies travel with the booking, and your site's own tags hear about it.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
After a short grace period the module pauses and its guest page shows a temporarily unavailable note. Nothing is deleted: the menu, the floor plan, the cards and the customers are there when you switch it back on. Owners can also export everything or close the account from the panel.
How long does setup take?
A menu is usually on the table the same afternoon; a booking page with a floor plan takes about half an hour; a loyalty card is a few minutes of design. There is no setup fee, no onboarding call and no contract.
Is there a point of sale or inventory module?
Both exist for venues that already run them, but they are not offered to new accounts. TapTime is sold as the guest-facing platform: menu, ordering, displays, bookings, loyalty and marketing.
What does it cost in total?
The QR menu with ordering and displays is 49 ₾ a month per location, reservations start at 99 ₾, loyalty cards are 119 ₾ and appointments start at 99 ₾. A restaurant running menu, reservations and loyalty on entry plans pays 267 ₾ a month; a salon running appointments and loyalty pays 218 ₾.
