Paper cards do not last
Outdoors and in a busy queue, paper cards are easily damaged or lost, and handwritten stamps are easy to copy.

This is the working stamp card and scanning screen. Add a stamp, unlock the reward and redeem it.
A food truck loyalty card works like a stamp card without the paper or the counter. The customer keeps the card on their phone and shows a QR code at the serving window; you scan it with the dashboard on your own phone to add a stamp, and after a set number the reward unlocks. TapTime needs no hardware and no fixed address, so the card is valid wherever you park.
A fixed shop sees the same passers-by every day. A mobile business changes location from day to day, so regular customers need a reason to seek it out.
Outdoors and in a busy queue, paper cards are easily damaged or lost, and handwritten stamps are easy to copy.
Many systems require a scanner or terminal at a till. A truck or cart usually has only a serving window, a card machine and a phone.
When you serve different locations on different days, it is hard to tell which ones bring customers back or how many rewards you have given.
The card is kept on the customer's phone, scanning happens on yours, and the statistics are available in the dashboard.
The card belongs to your business, not to an address. A stamp collected at one location counts at every market, event and regular spot.
The customer shows the code on their phone, you scan it with the dashboard on your own phone and tap Add a stamp. There is nothing to mount, charge or connect.
Nine stamps for a free coffee or meal by default, or any number you choose. Name the reward, describe it, and set the terms and an optional expiry from your phone.
Stamp and reward statistics per location show how many customers are collecting, how many are one stamp from a reward and how many rewards were given.
With two trucks, or a truck and a cart, one card is valid at both, staff are scoped to their own vehicle, and stamps and rewards are shown per location.
A refer-a-friend program, promo codes and gift cards are part of the module, giving customers a reason to bring others.
No hardware, no onboarding call and no fixed address needed. Everything runs on a phone with the dashboard open.
Add your logo and colours, choose a stamp icon such as a truck or a coffee cup, and set the rule, for example a free item after nine stamps.
Customers scan it while they wait and the card is saved on their phone, with nothing to install, and valid wherever they find you next.
The customer shows their code, you scan it from your phone and add a stamp. When the reward unlocks, tap Redeem and it is logged.

Wherever you serve, each stamp and reward can be sent to your team chat, ad platforms and accounts. Included with the loyalty card at no extra cost: no add-on, no higher tier and no per-event fee.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workEach customer's first stamp is sent once to GA4 as sign_up and to Meta as CompleteRegistration, whichever location they joined at, so campaigns are credited with the members they bring in.
New members and redeemed rewards from all your trucks are posted to one Telegram group within seconds, so you can follow activity at each location without calling.
Zapier, Make, n8n or Pipedream can add each stamp to Google Sheets with its location and time, with no code, so you can see which locations bring customers back.
The REST API reads cards and rewards, and the event feed lists every stamp in order. A read-only key lets your bookkeeper's tool read the data without being able to change it.
49 € a month per truck, cart or van. The card designer, the card on the customer's phone, scanning from your phone, statistics, promo codes, gift cards and the refer-a-friend program are all included.
Each additional truck or cart is a location with its own 49 € subscription; one card is valid at all of them, managed from the same dashboard. Other TapTime modules, such as a QR menu, appointments or table reservations, are priced separately.
