The calendar is the screen the desk lives on. One column per specialist, time down the side, and every appointment where it actually is.

Day and week

The day view is for running today: enough room to read names and services at a glance. The week view is for planning — spotting the Thursday that is empty and the Saturday that is over-full.

Moving and resizing

Drag an appointment to a different time or a different specialist; drag its edge to make it longer. A move that would double-book someone, or hand a service to a specialist who does not perform it, is refused.

Adding at the desk

Click an empty slot and fill in the client. It behaves exactly like an online booking, including the confirmation email if you enter an address.

Statuses

  • Pending — waiting for you, when automatic confirmation is off.
  • Confirmed — the slot is held.
  • Completed — they came and were seen.
  • No-show — they did not.
  • Canceled — called off by either side.

Everyone sees the same day

The calendar updates itself. A booking taken online during service appears on the screen at the desk without anyone refreshing, and a specialist with their own login sees their own column change.

Sering ditanyakan

Can a specialist see only their own appointments?

Yes, with the right role. It is the usual setup for a large team.

Does it work on a phone?

It does, and the day view is designed for it. A tablet at the desk is more comfortable for a full week.

Can I block time that is not an appointment?

Use a schedule override for a whole afternoon. For a one-hour gap, most teams add an appointment with an internal name — “Stock”, “Training”.
