Reports show totals. When you need the rows behind them — to call back no-shows, check which campaign brought paying guests, reconcile a month or load data into another tool — use the detailed export.

Pick the days
Up to 30 days at a time, using a quick pick or your own dates. Days are each location’s own calendar days.

All of them, or just some. With every location selected, company-wide activity such as loyalty cards is included too.

Bookings can be counted by the day they were made (what a campaign brought in) or by the day of the visit (who is coming).
What you get
- Excel: a Summary sheet with events per day and a campaign table (which source, medium and campaign brought how many views, bookings, orders and revenue), an “All events” timeline, then one sheet per kind with filters on every column.
- CSV: one file per kind; several kinds arrive together as a .zip.
- Money is a number you can sum, times are each location’s local time, and column names are in English so the file works in any tool.

A month of detail is already a large file for a busy venue. Export month by month for longer periods.
Menu views and orders show no campaign.
Campaigns are recorded for menu views and orders from September 2026. Older rows, and orders rung up at the till, have none.
