Once the plan and the rules are in place you have a public booking page. It needs no app, works on any phone, and is the only link you need to hand out.

Copy it once and put it everywhere a guest might look for you:
- The link in your Instagram bio — that is where most restaurant bookings start.
- Your Google Business profile, as the reservations link.
- The button on your own website.
- Your answering machine message and your email signature.

Chosen first, because it decides which tables can be offered at all.

A grid of real availability. Times you cannot serve are not shown, and full times are visibly full.

Name, phone, and a note if they want to say it is a birthday or that someone is in a wheelchair.

On screen and by email, with a link they can cancel from themselves.
Embed it in your own site
If you have a website you like, you do not have to send guests away from it. The panel gives you a small snippet to paste into your page, and the booking steps appear inside your own design. Any website builder that lets you add an embed or custom HTML block will take it.
Bookings that still come by phone
They will, and that is fine. Add them from the panel while you are on the call — the board treats a phone booking exactly like an online one, so the availability stays honest for everybody.

Can I use my own domain for the booking page?
The page lives on your TapTime address. Embedding it in your own site gives you your domain around it, which is what most venues actually want.
Does the guest need an account?
No. Name and phone are all the page asks for, and there is nothing to install or sign up to. Fewer steps means fewer people who give up halfway.
Can I take a deposit or a card guarantee?
Not from the booking page today. For high-value bookings, most venues take the booking here and handle the deposit as a separate conversation.
