Everything here is done by you, in the panel, without writing to anyone.

Panel Billing Subscriptions

Subscribing

  1. 1
Choose the module and the location

They are paired: a subscription is always one module at one location.

  2. 2
Choose the tier, if it has them

Based on your active tables, or your specialists and services. The panel shows what you are currently using.

  3. 3
    Pay

You are taken to a secure checkout to enter card details. We never see or store your card number.

The module continues without interruption, and if you subscribe during a trial the remaining free days are not lost — billing starts when the trial would have ended.

Moving up a tier

Add a table beyond your tier and the panel says so and offers the next one. The change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated, so you pay for the larger tier only from the day you move.

Moving down

You can move down at any time. If you are over the smaller tier's limit, you are asked which tables — or which specialists and services — to deactivate. Nothing is deleted, and the ones you deactivate come straight back if you move up again.

Stopping a module

What happensWhen
The module runs normallyUntil the end of the period you have paid for
Its public page pausesAt the end of that period — guests see a short “temporarily unavailable” note
Your data staysIndefinitely. Menus, tables, cards, history
Nothing further is chargedFrom the end of that period

Switching the module back on later brings everything back exactly as it was. This is not a courtesy; it is how the system is built.

Sering ditanyakan

Will I get a refund if I stop mid-month?

You keep the module until the end of the period you paid for, so there is nothing left over to refund. Stopping never cuts you off early.

Can I subscribe to a module for one location and not another?

Yes, and most businesses with several locations do.

Who can change subscriptions?

Owners. A manager runs the venue; billing stays with whoever the money belongs to.
