What TapTime costs

There is no single TapTime price, because there is no single TapTime. You pay for the modules you switch on, at the locations you switch them on for.

The shape of it

• A monthly price per module, per location.
• In the currency of the country your business is registered in.
• No setup fee, no per-guest fee, no charge per team member.
• 14 days free for each module at each location, without a card.

The prices page on our site shows the current figures for your market, including what a typical single-venue combination adds up to.

Why some modules have tiers

Tiers are there so that a small venue is not paying for a large one's capacity. They are counted on what is active, so a deactivated terrace in winter does not count against you.

Currency and country

Your price list follows the country of your business. It is set when you create the account and it is what decides both the currency you are billed in and the figures you see on our site.

The one thing that is not a subscription

Printed QR cards are a one-off purchase: you choose a quantity and a location, pay once, and they arrive with wooden stands. They ship to Bulgaria, Albania, Moldova, Serbia and Montenegro, with a flat shipping charge of 9.90 EUR or the local equivalent. Nothing recurs.

VAT and company details

Enter your company name, address and tax number in billing before your first invoice, and every invoice will carry them. Your accountant will thank you.
