Your booking page

What a client goes through, what “any specialist” does, and where to put the link.

With services, specialists and schedules in place you have a public booking page. It offers only slots that someone qualified is actually free to work.

The four steps

  1. 1
    Service

Grouped by category if you use them, with duration and price shown.

  2. 2
    Specialist

Anyone who performs that service — or “any available”, which quietly picks the least-loaded person.

  3. 3
    Day and time

A grid of real slots. Times that are taken, outside the schedule or too soon are not offered at all.

  4. 4
    Details

Name, phone, email and a note. Then a confirmation on screen and by email, with a link to cancel.

“Any available specialist”

Most clients do not mind who, they mind when. This option shows every slot any qualified specialist can work and spreads the bookings across the team rather than filling one person's day first.

  • Instagram bio — for salons and studios this is where most bookings come from.
  • Google Business profile, as the appointment link.
  • Your own website, either as a button or embedded in the page.
  • The end of your voicemail message.

Bookings taken at the desk

Add them straight into the calendar. They occupy the specialist exactly like an online booking, so the page never sells a slot that is already taken.

Frequently asked

Can clients choose a specialist and then see only their times?

Yes — choosing the person first narrows the grid to that person's free slots.

Why is a slot missing that I know is free?

Usually one of four things: the specialist does not have that service ticked, the schedule does not cover it, the buffer of the previous appointment overlaps it, or it falls inside your minimum notice.

Can I hide prices on the booking page?

Leave the price empty on the service and nothing is shown for it.
