Your business has its own address on the web: your name, then tapti.me. It is short enough to say out loud, print on a card, or put in an Instagram bio without a link shortener.

One location, or several
Your main location answers at the bare address, which is why a single-venue business never has to say a number out loud. Other locations carry theirs. A guest who arrives at the business address with several locations open is offered the choice.
Codes and links you already printed
Nothing you have printed stops working. Older addresses — the ones with your name as the first part of the path rather than in front of tapti.me — are forwarded permanently to the new shape, in whatever language they carried. Table stickers, window codes and links in other people's websites keep taking guests to the same place.
Seeing it before your guests do
Preview, on the design and builder screens, opens your page the way a guest will see it — including pages you have not published. It only works while you are signed in to the panel, which is exactly why an unpublished page stays private.
Where to put it
- As the website link on your Google Business profile, if you have no site of your own.
- In your Instagram bio, with the /reserve or /book address if bookings are what you want from it.
- On the bill, the card, the window — the bare address, because people can type it.
- In your ads, with campaign tags on the end so you can see which ones actually brought bookings.

Can I use my own domain instead?
Not yet. What most venues do is keep their own site and link it to the TapTime address, or add the booking widget to their site so guests never leave it.
Can I change my short name?
Write to support rather than doing it quietly: everything printed with the old one would start going through a redirect, and it is worth checking what you have in circulation first.
Is the page secure?
Yes. Every address is served over HTTPS, with a certificate that covers your business name, so guests never see a warning when they scan your code.
