They booked three weeks ago and simply forgot
The annual vaccination went into the diary in April. By the day itself it was a memory. The room stayed empty for half an hour while the waiting room was full.

Every booking sends a confirmation email at once and a reminder email the day before. Both carry a link to cancel or reschedule, so the owner who cannot make it moves the visit and the slot goes back on the page. You set the cancellation deadline. From 99 ₾ a month, 14 days free.

This is the real booking page and the team calendar, not a video. Book a slot and see it appear on the day.

Clinics reduce no-shows by confirming every appointment in writing, reminding the owner shortly before it, and making rescheduling easier than simply not turning up. TapTime does this automatically: a confirmation email at booking, a reminder email 24 hours before, and a link in both to cancel or reschedule, with a cancellation deadline the clinic sets so a freed slot can still be filled.
The owner did not forget on purpose. Nobody reminded them, and canceling meant a phone call they never got round to.

To cancel, the owner has to call during opening hours and wait on hold. Silence is easier. You find out at 10:35.
By the time you notice, it is too late to call anyone in. The 10:30 stays empty, and the owner who wanted this morning was told Thursday.
The reminder is automatic, the reschedule link is in every email, and the cancellation deadline is a setting you control.
Service, vet, date, time and your address in the owner's inbox. Booked from the page or entered by reception, it is the same email.
Sent automatically the day before the visit. Nobody at reception has to keep a list of who to call.
The owner who cannot make Tuesday picks another free slot from the same email. The Tuesday slot goes straight back on the page.
Allow cancellations up to 24 hours before, or 48, or whatever suits the clinic. After the deadline the link no longer cancels the booking.
No bookings for ten minutes from now, none for next year. Both are settings, so the calendar stays realistic.
Keep manual approval for surgery slots or first visits, so reception checks before the owner's confirmation goes out. Or let everything confirm itself.
No onboarding call, no setup fee. The emails go out for every booking from the first one.
Your clinic and its first location. Two minutes, no card.
Duration, price and buffer for each service; hours for each vet; your cancellation deadline and minimum notice in the settings.
Online bookings start arriving; reception adds the phone ones to the same list. Every one of them gets the confirmation and the reminder.
One reminder, one link, and the slot that did not stay empty.
The reminder email for Tuesday's 10:15 goes out to a dog owner who booked three weeks ago and had forgotten. She reads it on the bus.
She is away on Tuesday. She taps reschedule in the email and takes Thursday 16:00 instead. Tuesday 10:15 is back on the page.
An owner whose cat has been sneezing since the weekend opens the link from Google. Tuesday 10:15 is the first free slot; she books it and gets her confirmation.
The cat arrives on time. Reception made no reminder calls, and the 10:15 was not empty.
Cancellation and no-show alerts, webhooks and the REST API come with the Appointments module at no extra cost. No add-on, no higher tier, no per-event fee, so every freed slot can be announced.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workOnly confirmed online bookings reach Google Ads, Meta and GA4, once each, worth the service price. A cancelled or no-show visit goes to your webhooks with its status, never as a conversion.
An owner cancels from the reminder email and the cancellation is posted in the clinic's Telegram or Google Chat within seconds. Reception can offer the slot to the owner who was told Thursday.
Route no-show events through Zapier, Make or Pipedream into a Google Sheet or your CRM, so someone calls the owner about the missed vaccination the same afternoon.
Webhooks send every cancellation and no-show as signed JSON with its event id, and the event feed in the REST API lets your system catch up on any status change it missed.
From 99 ₾ a month for up to 3 vets and 10 services; 169 ₾ for up to 7 vets and 20 services. Confirmation emails, reminder emails, reschedule links and the cancellation deadline are part of every tier. Unlimited bookings, no setup fee, no contract.
Each location has its own page, calendar and subscription under one account. A loyalty card, a QR menu or table reservations can be switched on separately later.
24 hours before the appointment, by email, automatically. It goes out for every confirmed booking, whether it came from the page or was entered by reception.
No. Reminders and confirmations go by email, sent automatically to the address the owner gives when booking. Reception can still call the few who prefer the phone.
The slot is released and appears as free on the booking page at once, so another owner can take it. The booking leaves the calendar and reception sees the change.
Yes. Set a cancellation deadline in the settings, for example 24 hours before. After the deadline the link in the email no longer cancels the booking, and the owner has to call.
No. Booking, the confirmation, the reminder and the reschedule link all work in the phone's browser and the owner's inbox. Nothing to install.
Yes. A booking entered at reception is the same as one from the page: the owner gets the confirmation email and the 24-hour reminder, as long as an email address was entered.
From 99 ₾ a month for up to 3 vets, 169 ₾ for up to 7. Emails are included, with no per-message charge. Paid monthly by card, no contract; the first 14 days are free and you do not enter a card to start.
After a short grace period the booking page is paused with a brief “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted; your bookings, services and vets are kept. Pay again and everything is back as it was.
Yes. Subscribe a webhook to the cancelled and no-show events and TapTime posts each one to your software as signed JSON, with the whole appointment and its status. If the software prefers to ask, it can poll the REST API's event feed instead.
Fourteen days free, no card, cancel any time. The first reminder goes out the day before your first booking.
