Everything to do with the money you pay us lives on one screen.

Your invoices

Every invoice since the beginning is listed with its date, amount and status, and each can be downloaded as a PDF. A copy is also emailed to the billing address when it is issued.

Company details on the invoice

  • Legal company name, as it is registered.
  • Registered address.
  • Tax or VAT number, if you have one.
  • A billing email — often the accountant's, not yours.

Changing the card

Open the payment method section and you are taken to a secure page hosted by our payment processor. Card numbers are never entered into TapTime and never stored by us — we hold nothing but the last four digits and the expiry, so the panel can show you which card is on file.

QR card orders

Printed card orders appear here too, with their status as they move from paid to in production to shipped. They are one-off purchases and are invoiced separately from your subscriptions.

Who can see this

Owners. Managers run the venue and never see the billing screen — which is usually exactly what an owner wants.

Frequently asked

Can invoices go to my accountant automatically?

Yes. Put their address as the billing email and every invoice is sent there.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Subscriptions are paid by card. If your business genuinely cannot pay by card, write to us and we will tell you what is possible in your market.

I need an invoice re-issued with different details.

Write to us with the invoice number and what needs to change.
