QR menu
Your menu on the guest's phone: how to build it, print the codes, publish it in several languages, style it, and take orders from the table.
- Build your first menu Categories, items, prices and variants — and the order to put them in so the menu reads well on a phone.
- Print and place your QR codes Download the code, give each table its own — and put them where a seated guest can actually reach.
- Publish your menu in several languages Choose the languages, translate side by side, and let the guest's phone pick the right one.
- Change how your menu looks Colors, font, corners, cover photo and the two toggles that change the page more than any of them.
- Sold out, seasonal and time-limited items One toggle for tonight, availability windows for breakfast, and hiding a whole section for the winter.
- Take orders from the table Let guests send their order from the menu they are already reading — and where that order arrives.
Frequently asked
Does a QR menu replace a printed one?
It can, and most venues eventually let it. Keeping two or three printed copies at the host stand for guests without a phone costs almost nothing and removes the only real objection.
Does the menu work without internet in the venue?
The guest's own phone loads it, so your venue's Wi-Fi does not have to work — but their signal does. In a cellar with no reception, offer Wi-Fi or keep printed copies.
How fast does a price change reach guests?
As soon as you publish. Every code you have printed points at the live menu.
