I cannot cut and answer at the same time
Clippers down, find the book, flick to Saturday, ask him to hold. Two minutes gone, the fade sits half-done, the next client checks his watch.

This is the real booking page and the shop's calendar, not a mock-up. Book a cut with one of the barbers.

Online booking gives your barbershop a page where clients choose a service, a barber and one of the free slots, and confirm from their phone. With TapTime the page reads each barber's working hours and existing appointments, so only real free times are offered. The client gets a confirmation email and a reminder 24 hours before, and can cancel or move the appointment from the link in that email.
You are halfway through a skin fade and the phone goes. Stop and lose the line, or let it ring and lose the booking. The client in the chair loses either way.

He wants Tuesday at 18:00 with the same barber, every four weeks. On paper that means a call every month and a fair chance somebody else has already taken it.
Half the messages arrive after we close. By the time we reply the next day, the guy has walked into the shop down the road.
Set up your cuts and barbers once. From then on the page offers real free slots, sends the confirmations and lets regulars rebook without a call.
The page reads each barber's hours and existing bookings and shows the client what is actually open. A slot taken at the counter disappears from the page as soon as it is saved.
A skin fade is 40 minutes, a cut and beard is an hour, and you want five minutes to sweep the chair. Set price, length and buffer once; the calendar keeps to them.
The client opens the same link, picks his barber and the same Tuesday slot next month. If it is free, it is his in two taps. No call, no “let me check”.
Each barber has a photo, a title and their own hours. Clients pick a name, or choose “anyone available” and see the slots that are free for any of them.
Every booking gets a confirmation email, and a reminder goes out 24 hours before with a link to cancel or move the appointment. Fewer forgotten cuts, no calling round.
Put the booking link in your bio, on your Google Business profile and in WhatsApp replies. It opens in the browser; nobody installs anything.
No onboarding call, no setup fee, no hardware. You add what is already on the board behind the chair.
Your shop and its first location. Two minutes, no card.
Each service with duration, price and buffer. Each barber with a photo and weekly hours. Copy it from the price board.
Paste it into your Instagram bio, Google profile and WhatsApp. The first booking can land before you have swept up.
How one evening looks when the page takes the bookings.
Halfway through a skin fade, the phone buzzes in the drawer and stays there. A client is booking Saturday's 10:00 with Marco on the page.
A regular opens last month's confirmation email, taps the link and rebooks the same Tuesday at 18:00 with Dan. Done before his coffee is cold.
The reminder emails for tomorrow have gone out. One client moves his 12:00 to 15:00 from the link; the 12:00 slot is back on the page within the minute.
The shop has been closed for three hours. Two more bookings arrive for Friday. Tomorrow's calendar is full before anyone has turned a key.
The phone stays in the drawer; the booking still reaches the team chat and the ad that earned it. Chat alerts, conversion tracking, automations and the API are included with appointments at no extra cost and no per-event fee.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workWhen a client books from your Meta ad and the booking is confirmed, Meta, Google Ads and GA4 get one conversion valued at the cut’s price, sent from the server. Walk-ins typed in at the counter never count.
Every new booking posts to the shop’s Telegram group, Discord or Slack in seconds: who, when and how much. You read it between clients, with a link straight back to the calendar.
Zapier, Make, n8n or Pipedream can add each client who books to a Google Sheet or a Mailchimp list, ready for the next offer you send. No code: paste the address, press Send test.
Signed webhooks push every booking to your own website or app, and the REST API reads appointments and an event feed. Keys are made in the dashboard, and the docs are open at /docs/api.
From 669 PHP a month for up to 3 barbers and 10 services; up to 7 barbers is 1 189 PHP. The booking page, the calendar, confirmation and reminder emails and unlimited bookings are included.
More than one shop? Each location gets its own booking page and its own subscription, managed from the same dashboard. A loyalty card for your regulars can be added later; modules are switched on separately.
No. The booking page opens in the phone's browser from the link. Any iPhone or Android phone, no download and no account to create.
Yes. The client picks his barber on the page, and the slots shown are that barber's free times. Next month he opens the same link and books the same slot again if it is free.
No. It reads each barber's working hours, days off and existing bookings and shows only what is free. A booking typed in at the counter takes the slot off the page immediately.
Yes. Type them into the calendar and they sit in the same list as the page bookings. The page always knows which slots are left.
Yes. A confirmation email at booking time, and a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment with a link to cancel or reschedule.
Most shops are live the same day: add the cuts with their duration and price, add each barber with their hours, paste the link into Instagram and Google.
From 669 PHP a month for up to 3 barbers and 10 services, paid monthly by card. No contract, no setup fee. The first 14 days are free and you do not enter a card to start.
After a short grace period the booking page is paused and shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted. Start again and your barbers, services and bookings are exactly where you left them.
Yes. Create a Telegram bot with @BotFather, add it to the shop’s group, channel or one topic of a group, and the TapTime dashboard finds the chat for you; every new booking then posts there in seconds. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Discord and Mattermost work the same way, and you choose which events each chat hears.
Fourteen days free, no card, cancel any time. Your booking page can be live before the last client leaves tonight.
