Do I need all four modules?

No. Every module is switched on separately for each location and has its own price and its own 14-day free trial. Many businesses use only one.

Do customers have to install an app?

No. Nothing to install. The menu, table bookings, appointments and the loyalty card all open in the browser, from a QR code or a link. Customers can carry cards from every TapTime business on the platform.

Can I run more than one location?

Yes. All your locations share one company account. Each has its own menu, floor plan, loyalty cards and calendar, and your staff only see the locations where they work.

How does the free trial work?

Create an account, switch on a module and use it free for 14 days. To keep it, choose a plan in the dashboard and pay monthly by card.

Is it available in my language?

Yes. The dashboard and all your customer pages are in your language, and you can publish your menu in as many languages as your customers need.

What happens if I stop paying?

After a short grace period the module is paused and its customer page shows a short “temporarily unavailable” message. Nothing is deleted — switch it back on and everything is where you left it.
