Most restaurant tools stop at the booking. TapTime carries it back to the click that caused it — from our servers into Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and GA4 — so your campaigns learn from bookings instead of page views.

The page your customers land on is yours to build.

Every module lives on one venue page at your own address. Stack sections around the menu, add pages beside it, choose how the whole thing looks — and let the words arrive in your customer's language.

  • Build it from sections

A photo of the room, a gallery, your opening hours, a map, link tiles, a quote, your figures — fifteen kinds of section you drag into the order you want. The menu is one of them, so you decide whether customers meet the food first or the room.

  • Pages beside the menu

“About us”, “Events”, “The terrace”. Written in the same editor, published when you are ready, and listed for your customers under More.

  • Twelve looks, your own colors

Pick a theme — a printed menu card, a dark lounge, a gallery, a price list — and it reshapes the menu, the booking screens and your pages together. It never touches your two colors, so the place still looks like yours.

  • Written once, read in every language

Dish names, descriptions, options, allergens and offers are translated for you the moment you save them, into every language your page offers. Take a language over and write it yourself, and your words are the ones customers read.

It is your own address — yourname.tapti.me — and it comes with every module at no extra cost. Codes you printed before you built the page keep working.

Everything comes together in one dashboard.

All your locations are run from one company account. Hosts see the floor, specialists see their own day, managers see everything. Reports cover every module.

  • Locations

Add a location and it gets its own menu, floor plan, loyalty cards and calendar. Switch between locations without logging out.

  • Roles

Owners, managers, hosts and specialists each see only their part of the day, and only at the locations where they work.

  • Reports

Menu views, guests, stamps and appointments on one screen, by day and by location.

Restaurants, cafés and bars usually start with the menu and the floor plan. Salons, barbershops, clinics and studios start with appointments. Most add loyalty cards later.

You don't type in the menu. We do.

Send us what you already have — a photo of the menu, a PDF, a link — and we build the rest. Free, however long the menu is, and in every language your guests read.

Before you start

The questions business owners ask most often.

Do I have to type in my whole menu?

No. Send us what you already have — a photo, a PDF, a link to an old menu — and we type it in for you and translate it into every language your guests read. It costs nothing, and everything stays editable in your dashboard afterwards.

Can I see which ad brought a booking?

Yes. Every menu view, booking and order keeps the campaign tags and ad click id it arrived with, and each confirmed booking, order or loyalty sign-up is reported from our server to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and GA4. Your own systems can hear about it too, by webhook, postback or REST API.

Do I need all four modules?

No. Every module is switched on separately for each location and has its own price and its own 14-day free trial. Many businesses use only one.

Do customers have to install an app?

No. Nothing to install. The menu, table bookings, appointments and the loyalty card all open in the browser, from a QR code or a link. Customers can carry cards from every TapTime business on the platform.

Can I run more than one location?

Yes. All your locations share one company account. Each has its own menu, floor plan, loyalty cards and calendar, and your staff only see the locations where they work.

How does the free trial work?

Create an account, switch on a module and use it free for 14 days. To keep it, choose a plan in the dashboard and pay monthly by card.

Is it available in my language?

Yes. The dashboard and all your customer pages are in your language. Your menu goes further: write it once and it is translated into every language your page offers, automatically — and you can take any of them over and write it yourself.

What happens if I stop paying?

After a short grace period the module is paused and its customer page shows a short “temporarily unavailable” message. Nothing is deleted — switch it back on and everything is where you left it.

Do I need a website as well?

For most venues, no. Your TapTime page is the website: you build it from sections — photos, a gallery, your hours, a map — add pages like “About us” beside it, and the menu, bookings and the loyalty card are already on it, at your own short address. If you already have a site you like, keep it and put the booking widget on it instead.

Do I have to translate the menu myself?

No. Write it in your own language and it is translated automatically into every language your page offers — dish names, descriptions, options, allergens and offers — so a customer reads the one their phone asks for. If a translation is not how you would say it, take that language over and write those dishes yourself; your words always win.

Start with one module. We set it up for you.
