Questions partners ask
Who can become a TapTime partner?
Anyone who works with hospitality or service businesses: agencies, freelancers, POS resellers, consultants, suppliers, trainers and creators. We approve partners who can make an honest recommendation; we decline coupon sites and paid-search bidding on our brand.
How much do I earn?
20% of every subscription invoice a business you referred pays, for 12 months after they sign up. A business paying for several branches or modules earns you a share of all of it.
How is a referral tracked?
Through your tracked links (tapti.me/p/…) or any TapTime link with ?ref= and your code. We remember the click for 90 days across our site and the sign-up app, so the business can come back later and still count as yours.
What if a business pays and then asks for a refund?
Commission waits 30 days before it can be paid out, so most refunds simply cancel it. If a refund arrives after you were paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
When and how do I get paid?
Once your available balance reaches 50 PHP, request a payout from your dashboard. We send it by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise, usually within five business days, and you get a statement listing every invoice it covers.
Can I refer my own business?
No — a partner's own venues are not commissionable. Partners who run venues get the same free trial as everyone else.
Is there a contract or a target?
No quotas and no minimum volume. You accept the partner terms when you apply, and you can stop at any time — commission already earned stays yours.
Do I need to support the businesses I refer?
No. TapTime's own team handles onboarding and support in every market's language. Many partners do help with setup — that is how they turn a referral into a loyal client of their own.
