TapTime is not one product with an on switch. It is four, and you turn on only the ones your business needs, for only the locations that need them.

The four modules

ModuleWhat it doesTypically for
QR menuYour menu on the guest's phone, from a code on the table. Photos, prices, allergens, several languages — and orders from the table if you want them.Restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks

Turning one on

Panel Billing Modules

Pick a module, pick the location, and it starts a 14-day free trial for that pair. No card, nothing to cancel if you change your mind — the trial simply ends.

Combinations that work

  • A café: QR menu and loyalty. The code on the table sells, the card brings them back.
  • A restaurant: QR menu and reservations. One code for the menu, one link in the bio for the table.
  • A salon: appointments alone, and loyalty once the regulars appear.
  • A clinic: appointments alone. Nobody wants a stamp card at the dentist.

Changing your mind

Turning a module off stops the billing at the end of the period and takes its public page down. Nothing is deleted: switch it back on and your menu, your tables and your cards are exactly where you left them.

Frequently asked

Can I try more than one module at once?

Yes. Each module gets its own 14 days for each location, and they can run at the same time.

Is there a bundle price?

Modules are priced individually per location, so what you pay is what you use. The prices page adds them up for the common combinations.

Do guests need one app for all of this?

No. Guests need nothing installed. The menu, table bookings, appointments and the loyalty card are ordinary web pages. Signing in with a phone number is what remembers who they are.
