“Do you have anything this week?” arrives mid-session
Instagram messages, WhatsApp, missed calls. You answer at 21:00; they booked somewhere else at 19:00.
Appointments · Private practice
You are the dermatologist, the psychologist, the physiotherapist, and the front desk. Give patients a page that shows your services, your hours and the slots that are free, and confirms the booking for you. Set it up in an afternoon, from $39 a month, 14 days free.

This is the real booking page and calendar, not a screenshot. Pick a service and a slot as a patient would.
A solo specialist needs three things on a booking page: the services with their duration and price, the weekly hours, and a calendar that shows only free slots. TapTime gives you all three from the browser, no website or developer needed. Add your services, set your hours, share the link on Instagram, WhatsApp or Google, and patients book, receive a confirmation and a reminder, and reschedule from the email themselves.
Every message about a time slot arrives while you are with a patient. Answering them is the second job you never applied for.
Instagram messages, WhatsApp, missed calls. You answer at 21:00; they booked somewhere else at 19:00.
Developers quote, designers ask for a logo, and the finished page still cannot show what is free on Thursday. So you keep sending people a phone number.
Patients compare. The clinic across town has a page with services, prices and a Book button. You have a bio that says “DM for appointments”.
Services, hours, free slots and a confirmation, all from the browser. Nothing to build, nothing to host.
The page carries your specialty and photo, with your services listed by category. It reads as an established practice, not a form.
A 50-minute session, a 20-minute follow-up, a 30-minute consultation with 10 minutes of buffer after. Patients see the price before they book.
Mondays and Wednesdays 14:00–20:00, Saturdays until 13:00, the week you are away blocked out. The page offers only what is free.
Put it in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp greeting, your Google Business profile. No website needed; if you have one, add the link there too.
The patient gets a confirmation email and a reminder 24 hours before, and can cancel or move the booking from the link. You do none of it.
Minimum notice so nobody books for the next hour, a horizon for how far ahead the page opens, a cancellation deadline, manual approval if you prefer to say yes yourself.
No onboarding call, no setup fee, no design brief. You need a laptop or a phone and your price list.
Your practice name and your first location. Two minutes, no card.
Name, duration, price and buffer for each service. Then the days and hours you see patients.
Copy it into your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp greeting. The next “do you have anything this week?” answers itself.

One afternoon for a physiotherapist working alone.
Between two patients, she creates the account on her phone. Three services: initial assessment 45 minutes, treatment 30, follow-up 20.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday until 14:00. Next week's course marked as days off. Link copied into the Instagram bio.
First online booking. A runner with a sore knee took Tuesday 09:45, chose the assessment, and got a confirmation email. Nobody was asked “do you have anything?”.
Monday. The reminder email for Tuesday goes out by itself. She looks at her week on the phone over coffee: four new bookings, all in free slots.
You have no receptionist, so the booking page reports straight to you: in your chat, in your ad accounts, in the tools you already use. All included with Appointments at no extra cost: no add-on, no higher tier, no per-event fee.
How conversions, webhooks and the API workYour link remembers the campaign for 30 days, so Monday's Instagram ad still gets credit for Thursday's booking. Meta and Google Ads learn from confirmed bookings; sending hashed email and phone is optional.
A Telegram bot writes to you, or to one topic of a group, each time a patient books or cancels: who, when, how much and a link. You read it when the session ends, not mid-sentence.
When you mark an appointment completed, Zapier or Make can create a draft invoice in your accounting tool or add a row to the sheet you keep for tax. No code, one Send test to set it up.
Add the booking widget to a website later, or connect practice software through signed webhooks and the REST API. The API is documented in the open at /docs/api: no partner application, no sales call.
From $39 a month for up to 3 specialists and 10 services, which is more than a solo practice needs. Unlimited bookings, unlimited emails. If you take on a colleague, you stay on the same plan.
If the practice grows to a second room or a second town, each location gets its own calendar and link under the same account. Other TapTime modules are switched on separately, only if you want them.
No. Your booking page opens in the browser from the link, on any phone or computer. Patients pick a slot, leave their details and receive an email; nothing to install.
No. The booking page is a page of its own with your name, photo, services and free slots. Share the link from Instagram, WhatsApp or your Google Business profile. If you get a website later, link to it from there.
About an afternoon for most solo practices: create the account, add your services with duration and price, set your weekly hours, copy the link. You can refine it afterwards.
Yes. Your weekly hours are the default and any day can be overridden: a day off, a shorter Friday, a week away. The page only offers what is left.
Yes. Turn on manual approval and each request waits for your yes. Or keep automatic confirmation and the patient is confirmed instantly, even while you are with someone else.
Add them as a second specialist with their own hours and photo. The entry plan covers up to 3 specialists and 10 services, so you stay on the same plan.
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription by card, from $39 a month; there is no percentage of your fees, no contract and no setup fee. The first 14 days are free and you do not enter a card to start.
After a short grace period the page is paused and shows a brief “temporarily unavailable” note. Nothing is deleted: your services, hours and bookings are all there when you switch it back on.
Yes. Create a bot with @BotFather, paste its token under Integrations and TapTime finds your chat for you. Pick the events, such as a new booking, a cancellation or a request waiting for your approval, and each arrives within seconds with a link to your calendar.
Fourteen days free, no card, cancel any time. Services, hours, link: this afternoon.
